Events for the day are as follows:

• First round tee times will be communicated the week of the event.
• Single tee starting at 9:00am until 12:00 pm. 
• Breakfast will be available in the clubhouse from 7:30am - 9:30am for players*.
• Lunch Buffet will be avilable from 12:00pm - 3:00pm*. 
• The course will close promptly at 5:00pm. 
• The Parents Reception will be held on the Terrace from 6:00 pm - 8:00pm
• The Players Dinner will be held in the Ball Room and will start Promptly at 6:30pm.  Player Attendance is Mandatory

*Breakfast and Lunch will be available for Parents and Guests at a reduced rate.
